  I'm not a review guy, but I had such an exceptional experience with Sunrise Tri and Frank that I have to say something. I'm a long-time endurance athlete but first time triathlete/ironman contestant. I showed up at Sunrise Tri having done nothing but online research, and Frank could not have been more helpful and insightful in connecting me with the right equipment and patiently explaining everything at every step of the way. No attitude, no judgment... simply all friendly and helpful support. I have no idea how my training and race will go, but since I'm only doing it to have fun new experiences and meet cool new people, Frank has already delivered!
